to a third party and is threatening their liquor license. we've got the latest now from downtown towson. >> witnesses described as a chaotic scene. streets like allegheny street here were mobbed with people. pending the outcome of a police investigation, the county executive says it is possible the theater could go in front of the liquor board to face sanctions. this as area businesses are defending the theater. an active downtown towson towson tuesday afternoon just days after what some called a riot-like situation. this video shows people being chased by police dogs. according to police, around 12:30 on sunday morning, the theater which was hosting a private event reached capacity. when people were turned away, fights broke out and one person and that getting shot. five people have been arrested. police estimate more than 2500 people swelled outside the theater. >> there is nothing wrong with downtown towson and there's nothing wrong with the vast majority of the businesses that operate in downtown towson. there's nothing wrong with our college students. >> the county executive and th

in the trial of two men accused in the murder in connection with last year's shooting at the towson town center mall. david collins has been following the developments. >> the state told the jury the defendants put together a killing team. taking a heavy sigh, prosecutor robin coughin slowly counted 21 six, the number of shots fired, and punctuated the display with an emphatic, dead, dead. according to court testimony, frank williams ordered a hit against 19-year-old rodney privileget. court testimony indicates williams had heard priget had shot his cousin. co-defendant, germ ail brandon, struck a deal for his testimony, which also implicated tyrone brown, the accused shooter in the case. the jury watched a videotape of detective jim lambert interviewing ward who adamantly denied knowledge of the crime. the detective told ward, they have surveillance tape showing his arrival at the mall, following the victim, pointing victim to a person wearing a gray sweatshirt who was tasked to shoot him and exiting the mall with the gunman. the police interview indicated that ward passed brown at the mall, t
